Availability

Is my wedding date available? I'll check my openings for you. I never schedule more than one wedding per weekend. I do this to give you the exclusive photography you need for your important day.
Will you be the one shooting my wedding? If not, can I meet the photographer who will be on-site? I myself will be your only photographer for the day. I do not contract out to others at any time.
Will you have any assistants with you on our wedding day? Yes, I will have an assistant as well as a second shooter (normally the same person) so that all of your special moments do not get missed.

How long have you been shooting weddings? How many weddings have you photographed? I have been shooting professionally for over 25 years and have captured well over 175 weddings.
Do you often shoot weddings that have a similar size and style to the one we are planning? Short answer is yes. I do like to have as many details about your day as you can offer me. I am very well versed on how weddings go and can lend valuable help with planning your photography for the day.
Can we see the full galleries of a few of your recent weddings? Yes, I can provide galleries and sample images of past weddings I have completed. These can be viewed on my Zenfolio Galleries tab on my homepage.

How would you describe your photography style? What would you compare your work to? I have a unique style to my photography. I have continued to grow and learn new things with my years of experience.
How would you describe your working style? Do you prefer to blend into the background to capture candid moments, or do you like to be more visible and take charge to choreograph images? I prefer to blend in during the ceremony and reception but while catching these special images for you I do have a bag full of special tricks and techniques I will use.
Do you shoot digitally? With film? Or both? I utilize the latest full-frame mirrorless Canon EOS system with the newest lenses and flashes. I am just a big geek when it comes to having the best equipment to produce flawless results.

What is included in your standard package? What add-ons do the more expensive packages include? My standard 8 hour coverage package includes getting ready before the ceremony, the main ceremony, group images after the service, private images of the bride and groom, and full coverage of the reception. This starts at $1500. I do collect a $200 deposit at the time of booking which saves your date. This deposit does go towards the cost of your package.
Can I customize a package to fit my needs? Yes, I love to work with you on any customizations that will fit into your budget.
Do you include engagement photos in your packages? What about pre-wedding events like Rehearsal Dinners? I do include a FREE engagement shoot with all of my couples. This allows you to get comfortable with my shooting style. It is basically Our practice for the big day! I am also available for the rehearsal dinner. All you need to do is ask and I'll be there! I'm not going to pass up food! lol
I do work with each couple on pricing for packages. I can provide to you general pricing for 4 hour, 8 hour and 10 hour packages.

Can we order prints or albums directly from you? Yes, you can order prints directly from me. I use a professional lab with great results!
What type of album do you offer? Do you provide assistance selecting images and designing the album? Yes, I do offer any album type that you would like and I will provide pricing for anything that you would decide on.
Are albums or prints included in your packages? I do offer prints in my 8 hour and 10 hour packages. It's just a matter of your choice. This is something that I strongly encourage you to talk to me about when we book your day.
How long after the wedding will we receive the images? How will they be delivered? My normal turnaround for editing a complete wedding is 2 weeks but since I am such a geek and photography is my passion it's usually a lot less time than that lol.
Will we have the rights to the images? Yes, I provide a written release for all of your images. This gives you rights to reproduce them if you choose to order prints from a separate entity.
Will we receive the negatives and/or high resolution digital images? Is there a fee for that? I provide all of your images in an online gallery through Zenfolio. I have worked with them for years. They provide online storage as well as photo product ordering ease. I will send you the online link to your gallery when the final images are delivered.

When will we receive the contract? The contract is completed at the time of booking with me and saves your date. I also collect a deposit of $200 which goes toward the cost of your package.
Do you accept payments in installations? Yes, I do allow payments! I use Paypal and will complete an online invoice that includes all of your details for your big day! You have the option of paying any amount over time. I do require payment in full 14 days prior to the wedding day. Checks and Cash are always accepted.
What is your refund or cancellation policy? If you would happen to cancel before your day you would not be refunded your payment as it was to save your date.
Do you carry backup equipment? I always have back up equipment just in case. I always plan for anything that could happen.
What is the backup plan if you are unable to shoot my wedding for an unexpected reason? In the event that I had a medical emergency would be the only reason I wouldn't be able to shoot your wedding. If this happens I do have a network of professionals who could capture your day.
How will you and your assistants be dressed? I dress in business casual so I am able to do what I need to do to capture the best images for you. Don't worry, I will not wear white lol
Can we request a list of specific shots we would like? Yes you can! I can provide you with a list of specific images you will want to be sure of and get that day.
